On October 23, 2009..15 of 40 fuel tanks exploded in San Juan, Puerto Rico causing a major catasrophe!! The explosion occurred at about 12:30 am which was the equivalent of a 2.8 magnitude earthquake according to the Puerto Rico Seismic Network. It shook people out of bed including my very own mother who by the way is currently living in Puerto Rico right now. Up to 1,500 people were evacuated because of concerns over smoke contamination.
